one hour from Statesville, Wilkesboro, North Wilkesboro, Mount Airy, Yadkinville, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Parking is on Church St or in the adjacent parking lot to the building; the parking lot attached to our clinic is assigned parking only and we cannot park there.
